Valon made what seemed to be a simple request: make colorful and professional tools to drive brand awareness and boost recruitment endeavors. The not so simple request? Make home mortgage servicing an appealing career option for software engineers.
Process
We did our homework and got to the core of what is exciting about the home mortgaging space. In a word, it’s tech. Leaning in to language and design that speaks to engineers, we developed a one-sheet to help recruiters entice the best and brightest. We also created an eye-catching business card for one-on-one meetings and networking events.
Outcome
We delivered workable and memorable materials. To create a sustainable and consistent first impression, we produced business card templates and vendor recommendations to ensure quality production. In addition, our one-sheet template gave the Valon People team the power to customize the calls to action and language to support recruitment efforts.
